69341 was reviving his friend while he had his hands up x2 (Bug Abuse?) we had to finish his friend due to this
68488 comes back breaking NLR and VDMing, after we finished him
Fail RP because 69341 was stalling and running away when having guns pointed.
MG as they were clearly in discord

• ID 69341 will receive a punishment for FearRP + PowerGaming. (This is not bug abuse)
• ID 68488 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.2.
