Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
They are allowed to tell you to say this as rule states only forcing animations is not allowed. 1.11 It is forbidden to force people into doing animations exceptions are raising hands or getting on knees(only for cops) As for them killing you did not listen to demand and ran away so they are allowed to kill you as you are not complying with all there demands.
