Rejected Car stolen from a Green Zone

I parked my car right next to LSPD in the green zone. I switch to my cousin account to handle a LSPD issue and see my car was stolen from the green zone. I am unable to provide POV since I switched characters. Please ask the thief for POV. The car is a McLaren P1 owned by Robert Capa.
