Samuel was born in the Australian outback, he was home schooled by his parents seeing as they lived near the military base far from any local schools. His father was a special operative in the “Special Air Service Regiment” (SARS) Australian special forces, His mother was a outback/cross country driver and mechanic, however when Sam was born she retired to take care of Sam since his father was frequently out of the country.
By the age of 13 Sam was already very proficient in the art of shooting and driving, when his father would visit during off duty hours he would show Sam how to hold/use firearms as they would often hunt dingoes and other outback wildlife. His father would also teach him a variety of other special forces skills such as stealth and concealment of items.
Sam’s mother would teach him other valuable life lessons such as crosscountry/outback driving etc.
When Sam was 18 he joined in his fathers footsteps joining a secret internal division of the (SARS) with his fathers recommendation he was quickly accepted and fast tracked through training and was promptly deployed to a variety of countries under conflict.
Sam would often work covertly applying political pressure to country’s via a variety of methods such as blackmail and internal sabotage.
A few years later Sam was working a special assignment in Panama's Darién Gap in which he and his team were tasked to collect intel and slowly dismantle a high profile gun smuggling network, one of his close friends sold intel about their presence and they were quickly ambushed and held captive by smugglers.
Sam before being captured used his skills and speed to send his last known location as an alert to his HQ and family using his PDA.
He and his team were tortured for days by the smugglers who were attempting to gather intel, unfortunately Sam’s entire squad were killed during the torture and Sam himself was severely injured. Having many of his bones broken and his left eyeball removed from it’s socket.
Almost 6 days passed before reinforcements managed to arrive and extract Sam as the sole survivor.
When Sam finally returned home he underwent almost 3 years of rehabilitation and intense medical procedures.
When Sam finally fully recovered he was committed to tracking down the so-called “friend” who was responsible for his torture and the death of his entire squad.
Sam has now learnt that this “friend” resides in the city of “Los Santos” although unsure exactly where, Sam believes his friend is either a high profile member of a criminal organisation or has infiltrated a government organisation.
To gather intel and find exactly what his “friend” is planning and to get his revenge Sam has joined the SAHP to collect as much information as possible on local gangs/members of state.

[3] Sam’s left eyeball was replaced with a near perfect replica of his original eye, however it is a biotic eye cable of 24/7 recording/uploading to the cloud server(This means the bodycam will continue to record even if disabled/destroyed)
[4] Sam, although almost always being loyal to the law, he may sometimes turn a blind eye to a suspect/criminal if the person can provide valuable information and/or resources which will benefit him. (This will be randomised based on a coin flip)

[6] Having expertise in working under heavy gun fire situations, Sam is capable of providing first aid on the strict proviso he and the person he is giving medical aid to is behind sufficient cover and cannot be hit.
[7] Sam knows how important knowing all information is so he is always carrying his radio, either on duty or off duty, He hides this on his person at all times. (However this can be found by someone and removed/disabled using a /try search) [He can use the radio discreetly in a hostage situation such as when no one is looking directly at him]
[8] Sam has a unique panic button which he can activate discreetly with his lightning fast reflexes to send his last known location to his HQ if he requires any backup. (The PDA Panic button will be used)
[9] From his years in the special forces Sam has a highly skilled contact who can edit/manipulate any video/audio source, this allows Sam when requested bodycam footage to perhaps have it edited if needed.(This will “ONLY” be used if SAHP internal affairs or a lawyer requests footage that may incriminate Sam in some kind of way)[Maybe randomise a success of this?]
