Rejected Muted in unmarked GZ appeal.

I have been muted for playing music in an unmarked gz where no one asked me to turn it off yet the admin tells me he can mute me because its a GZ, just not marked. There was no warning and there was no polite request to stop the music. I have no problem moving but no one asked. But not shortly after getting muted someone walks up to me and pick pockets me in the same location where i got muted. Where's the justice?
