Rejected Double warning for the same thing

Hello, I got a warning at 15:06, for "Fail rp" by Kira Decali, a little while later while I was logged off I must have gotten a warning for the same thing because when I log back on to do my time in prison I see my time has been reset and there is a different title to my prison sentence. The title of the second punishment is "6.2 general rules at 15:05" by James Pluxury.

6.2 general rule: 6.20 Muting other players, what leads to avoiding RP shall not exempt from liability to punishment and falls under Fail RP. | Warn

I want to continue and say that I never muted any other players in game, I have pov of me not muting anyone. 2nd of all, if 6.2 falls under fail rp then why did I get hit with double fail rp for the same situation? That's all I got to say, don't think I should be double warned. One warning feels justified and the second is false for the same thing.

If you ask me bc of this misunderstanding you have to remove the Both warnings. Bc why not ty
