Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
I have decided to deny the report because of my below observations. I did not clearly see any intentional CR from ID 89948 and also there were multiple CRs as listed by me in detail.

- At 06:52 - Your car turns and blocks the road horizontally hence it was accidental ram by him
- At 7:14 - Your car crash (ram) into him
- At 7:37 - Your car crash (ram) into him again
- at 7:43 - he crashes (rams) into a driverless flipped car
- At 7:50 - A truck comes and rams similarly as above in this driverless car which is in middle of highway
- At 11:36 - your car crash (ram) into a random pink car
- At 11:55 - a random white car hits (rams) you because you slow down while opening your fam marker
