After reviewing, I have decided to Accept this report.
Player ID 103130 will receive a punishment for VDM, RDM in the city and Killing in the GZ.
Player ID 113169 will receive a punishment for Foreign Language in GZ.
Player ID 112341 will receive a punishment for Foreign Language in GZ.
(The area that incident happened is called >>Unscripted Greenzone<< , where Killing is not allowed, aswell with the foreign language you and your friend spoke. So the punishment will be issued for all of you since it all happened at the same location.)
