Hello, this is my 3rd appeal against the 60 days ban on my account. Please be patient with me so i understand the process of my 60 day ban and hopefully help me prove my innocence.
On January 23rd, 2022 , I got banned for 60 days with a title " Reason /threads/41638/by Bobby Margiela". I found out that this means I am banned for using car speed boost cheat. I have never used and never will use any kind of mods or cheats to play grand rp. I checked the forum to find the POV which got me in this situation and I found out that it was a 1 min video were I drive for less than 10 seconds. In the video, I am driving a fully maxed out Bugatti Chiron with premium fuel. Either the server, me or the person who recorded the POV was clearly lagging which can be proved by two facts in the video, ( 1 ) The clearly visible delay when I accelerated my car from a complete stop (0:21 sec mark) , ( 2 ) the family member of the person recording clearly teleporting through his car ( 0:34 sec mark ).
I posted two appeals on this and the first one got rejected for the reason that it was not on proper format and the second one got rejected with the comment " Its a clear case of speed boost hack". I have requested for a PC check on both my appeals to prove my innocence but no one has even consider giving me one. Unfortunately I don't have my POV to prove that I was not using any cheats during that time. i do have pov of me driving a couple hours before i got reported when i was fighting the guys that reported me for possible cheats i had just killed them hours before and i will post pov of this in proofs.
I also want to stress why would i use cheats in front of people that dont like me and why would i not use it against them earlier in the day when our families were fighting each other when it would give me a unfair advantage over them not when im just chilling in front of my house.
Alex Odd and James Pluxury have both said im on the anti cheat logs for using hacks but from my understanding from

why was i not banned on the spot if i was clearly using cheats but rather i was banned some 7 hours plus later.
i strongly believe that my appeals were treated unfairly as me and administrator Alex Odd had a conflict of interest in the past i will also post that in proofs . I have asked admins of other grand rp server region what they would have done with a case like mine and and they both said the same thing.

So my problem is if they even do pc checks when they are 1001% sure someone cheated why not on English server 1? all i want is to play the game man
I hope someone from the Curator of the project will help me with this matter as I have spend a lot of my time, money and energy on this server as I found it really fun and a good way to chill with my friends that I gained through this server. I really wish to join back and have fun with my friends as I used to have.
