I saw a green car at the gas station so I waited and when he drove out I shot at him and he ran back into his HQ.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 13964 will receive a punishment for running back to HQ after being shot at by an opposing gang, also known as Ghetto Rules 1.8
Jontae Baker please do not ever go into another gang's HQ to get an ID of another player, EVEN IF they have broken a rule. Always call an admin or make a forum report. This will be the only time I tell you, or you will receive a warn.
