I would like to start this off by thanking any administrator taking the time to read/review this. A turf had occurred at 20:37 26/01/22 in which I had been reported for Capture Rule 2.39, (2.39 You are not allowed to right hand peak | 7 day ban) after reviewing the clip given from the player that had reported me, (RАGЕ Мultiрlаyer 2022-01-26 22-39-48_Trim) I agree it looked a little weird. So because of that I then went on to upload my pov of it, (RАGЕ Мultiрlаyer 2022-01-26 22-39-48_Trim) which at the time I thought there was nothing wrong with, however after reviewing both clips side by side I had come to the conclusion that it could be mistaken very easily, in which case it did. Which is why I would like to try to explain my part and why I believe this ban is mistaken, first off I would like the mention that in the pov of the player reporting me, you can see that when he gets shot by me a second time sending him to the hospital, he is a good distance away from the manhole cover in the middle of the street, (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/667565352993030158/936410177945604156/ban3.png) however from my perspective he is running on top of the manhole cover, (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/667565352993030158/936410182714540133/ban2.png). This is a case of desync in one way because he was a lot further ahead on my screen then he was for himself which makes it look like a ghost peak from his pov, if you compare my pov and his side by side when I kill him and when he dies you will be able to see the desync involved. Secondly from my pov, I believe I had jiggle peaked him as in the same screenshot (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/667565352993030158/936412012920057936/ban4.png) you can see in my eyes he is in a very clear spot to shoot me especially since I'm peaking from my left hand. Second, In the pov of the player reporting me, you can CLEARLY see some type of aim assist when he first shot me, (Desktop 2022.01.27 - 18.52.27.02.DVR) in this clip you can very clearly see that he snaps onto my neck and does not have ANY recoil whatsoever after shooting, which also taking into consideration means that the player in the clip (43061) was either bypassing the script that makes it unable to use controllers outside of arena, or he's cheating as he snaps onto my neck and has zero recoil. Skully this would be A LOT easier to explain this whole situation to you over discord, so if you could please take that into consideration that would be greatly appreciated, my discord is bugged#0001.

After reviewing a second time i still concurred to it being a Ghost Peak. As for player you are accusing of using controller confirmed with Wody that nothing suspicious other then your part being a ghost peak.

With all due respect the clip I have provided of the players pov clearly shows him using some kind of aim assist, as well as is there anyway I can communicate to you through discord, it would be a lot easier for the both of us if I was able to explain it there, especially from my perspective I’d like to explain why I still believe I didn’t ghost peak.

the guy snaps straight to the neck and hovers here for half a second without his mouse moving there is also 0 recoil when he shoots very sus just pc check him or something as players have been pc checked for less.

It was ghost peak. Administrator made right decision
