Deathmatching (DM) - Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason (deathmatching) is not allowed.

We were going to spheres of influence when two people in the middle of the city began shooting, so we got out and shot back. I shot a single bullet and Alex Odd punished me me I believe this punishment to be very unfair as people were shooting at us so therefore we have sufficient roleplay reason and if someone is shooting at you, you don't tell them they have 5 seconds to leave because they will just kill you. That just doesn't make sense.
