As you can see 71784 is ear raping the hell out of the lobby, and id - 967 is clearly VDM ing my car in 0:48, 2137 and 967 followed me out of green zone to RDM me and shoot me without rp, here is no story behind the rp therefore its RDM.

• ID 71784 will receive a punishment for Ear Rape.
• ID 106018 will receive a punishment for Mixing.

However this is not RDM since you guys were having conflict
