As you can see on the pov, there is 2 vagos member ID: 908 and 1648 kept coming in and out of the HQ without permison as Gehtto rule 1.3 nad 1.4 states and provoking other Bloods member, i gave them demands to leave the HQ in 5 seconds, and i did my count down, they did not leave and kept provoking, so i shot at one of the car that was still in our HQ line. I believe both rules stated that they would get a warm for it.
