Rejected Suspected cheats | ID 112180, UNKNOWN

This happened during raid first is suspect with UNKNOWN ID which can be seen in my POV from 0:17 - 0:30 i hit him 3 times (53, 32, 53 damage) and he is still alive (maybe he is far away and his armor isnt loading but still not sure). Second suspect with ID 112180 can be seen on 0:41 with an armor indicator above his head but he isnt wearing one. I would like to request the POV of the guy whos ID is visible and if possible for their family to identify the other suspect so he can provide his POV also.
