You have to understand a bit of backstory to this. There was situation where our family solar panel farm got raided within the city, we just got RDMed and they were waiting for solar panels to finish and steal them. Upon contacting admins, they refered one of my family members to the forums, as if it is a joke or something that they think is not important?
So I also contacted the admins to raise awareness, as it has affected many players and many hours has been spent setting up and maintaining the farm. Admins are there to stop rule breaking? This clearly was a major rule breaking, which is robbing and RDMing within the city?
which has to be dealt on the spot, I described this opinion very directly, and I'm sorry if I offended anyone but James you cannot use 5.3 of rules as part of 3 day ban, I did not insult any admin, I can only apologise for being emotional, that is true, but just because Im straight up explaining my situation, shouldn't give your emotions a way to use those rules as well, as I should have controlled my emotions. Obviously i was angry because every time, admins refer players to forums, for every single problem that I had to resolve using admins help, I was referd to forum no matter how small it was. But when the problem is so big and admins refer you to forums, its just straight up rude, then i think "why the hell are you even an admin then?"
