Rejected Hacker/Cheater robbed my car I ID 0000

Hi so a hacker/cheater had robbed my car. i wasnt able to see him and my car just drove away. I called an admin (Anthony) and he said it was a cheater and he had banned him. (you can check admin logs with me and his conversation) But now its making me get my car from impound for 500k. I was wondering if i can get my car back without paying since it was a hacker that had did it.
