Hi, I'm at the stock exchange and this guy started shooting a guy in the ratloader. i went close to see his ID and then he killed me. total he killed 3 people without any demands please take action. this guy is targetting new players and killing them this will ruin the rp experience. I think he does mass rdm daily if not punished.
