ID - 14495 Tried to steal a car in Ballas HQ which is against the rules and he broke General ghetto rule-1.9 for not wearing 51% gang clothes as car theft is a gang activity, and he left the game to avoid the situation. I shot him in our HQ without giving him a warning but he was stealing a car and I RPed according to the situation.
