Rejected 14 Day Ban Appeal | Abbas Shah

Hi,

I have been banned for a unknown reason, upon login it says a media request has happened and I have received a 14 day ban.

The fact I have said its for a unknown reason is because I haven't been racist and I was reported on the forums last night for a racist post which you can clearly see in PoV I am not and its been handled by another admin(Report Was Denied). Just because they haven't got their way they have then, took matters in to their own hands again to get me banned?

Everything that happend in that video was completely IC just to mess around and we didn't know they wouldn't take it as a joke and report us, I would like to apologise if anyone was hurt from that situation and after seeing the reaction from everyone involved I understand that some feelings were hurt but were not intended to go out of IC.

If you feel like the actions done by me personally deserve a 14 day ban let it be that, but I feel like the situation was misunderstood and 14 day ban is unjustified.

If you kindly give me another chance to be better I will do better.

Not to mention their post had already been rejected and now Abbas Shah as reacted after the post was rejected.

I am not sure if he even knew about the post this is why I am making it clear now.

We were staying in beach market and this guys started doing racism and insulted our parents in another languages.

The post has already been rejected.

Saying "fuck the turks" which is the only thing I said is an IC issue this isn't a xenophobic or racist comment.

Xenophobic is having a fear or hatred of a foreign person or stranger which I don't apply to anyone.

Racist is the belief that inherited attributes and can be divided based on the superiority of one race over another, I don't believe any race is better than another so giving me a ban based on Xenophobic or a racist comment is unjustifiable.

They are clearly speaking turkish I have remarked 'fuck the turks' this doesn't mean that I suddenly have deep hatred for turkish people its clearly a joke in IC and the forum post which was made about us got rejected.

I am requesting for me and anyone else in the group get unbanned.
