Eklavya thakur is very brave and intelligent person with calm personality and he is disciplined and hard working individual , Eklavya thakur belongs to clan of rajputs in india which is known for there bravery , loyalty , disciplined and strong minded . one day eklavya thakur thought of moving out of india in search of new oppurtunity and new era to begin
He then travelled from the india to amercia ( 8,166.56 mi (13,142.80km) in search of new things . once reached he found himself alone in the city with nowhere to go and live he started working different job and earning money and was forced to live in homeless shelter behind blackmarket . During his time working many people ignored him due to his accent and one day he saw a fight started between gangs and heavy firing exchanged between them he saw a guy with heavy bullet wounds and was injured due to being a helping nature he took him and immediately rushed to hospital , after few operations the person was saved and when he was about to leave the hospital he was told by the person to come meet in meggallan ave to talk about something
he one day went there and saw it was vagos headquater , the person he saved was kayn durkin he invited him into the vagos due to his bravery and intellectual as a person . he started working with them helping them in every way possible , he learned the art of sneaking , finding information, and using heavy weapons in conflicts. He then was invited to a family VJ Capital where he found people who were extremely talented and was in legal organization eva , richard , tyrell , willie and they welcomed him with warm heart sharing there experience and knowledge about the city but soon he realised that he is not doing right to the people of this city after having a thought about this he decided to leave and make his own way and help people of los santos
but again due to his accent and criminal background he was denied by SAHP and was thrown away he was heart broken and but he has faith . one day he met a stranger with whom he shared his story he advised him that there is person in doc who can help him change his identity and start fresh .
without wasting anytime we went straight to doc and asked for a tour and then he met a person in the gym section who helped him change his identity
he then filled the LSPD application and was recruited and was trained by garry green and jay lamay he met astonishing people with extraordinary talent and he gained so much of experience and art of combat , he was trained in swat with heavy weapons and assault rifles he was acustomed with the knowledge of how to stay calm and deal with situations .Due to his training and knowledge he was soon recognised by the people around the city and after that he decided to joined national guard with his family under richard sole leadership he was warmly welcomed there and was soon trained in weapons and dealing with the terrorism in the city and after few month he decided to go back india and spend some time with his family .
he came back after few months and saw the city filled with gang activities and terrorism he tried to contact richard but he was not available so he took charged straight away and joined LSPD again making a way up to the high command
currently he is the deputy chief and working his way to get honor to be the cheif of police so that he can also contribute to the previous chief's hard work
OUTCOMES
1. he can find the hidden radio and phones from the criminals and break them so that they do not disclose there location
2. he can use radio on and off duty due to him being the high command in the organization
3. he can leave the gun fight if he is outnumbered and hide himself until it's safe
4. he can assist while off duty if his fellow officer is in conflict with the personal legal weapon
5. he can off-road because of his excellent driving skills
6. he can use his id off duty if he is in conflict in the city / only to the other legal organization
7. he has a hidden camera under his spectacles and can record everything off duty .
