Approved Searching and Robbing without RP ID-25856, ID-21546

ID-25856 didnt voice comm when he was attempting to steal my cash, same with 21546 he searched me without telling me he' searching me. I also didnt have 2 guns pointed at me while I was getting robbed.

ID 25911 will receive a punishment for Mixing.
