Chester was born in the heart of Kuitpo forest on a camping trip to two unsuspecting, but loving and devoted parents: Albert Bearington and Meridith Ray. Chester's father Albert was originally born in the United Kingdom under the name Reginald Cove. He was a very high ranking official of the Secret Service. Unfortunately whilst deep on an undercover mission to infiltrate the Queens guard to unravel a plot to kill a royal family member, Albert uncovered a scandal that would severely damage the royal families reputation. Knowing this information soon saw him become the number 1 enemy of the country.
Albert was forced to fake his own death with the help of a few of his friends in high places and flee the country he served with such pride and dedication. Albert decided to flee to Adelaide Australia where he would meet Meredith Ray, A well known local celebrity who was the resident stuntwoman for many major Hollywood action films. Chester grew up knowing the entirety of his fathers life as his father always wanted Chester to be aware of his surroundings and be able to defend himself.
The one thing Chester could never pry from his father was the secret that uprooted his life so suddenly, this installed the belief in Chester that a man is only as good as his ability to keep his secrets. Albert feared it was a matter of time before his identity would surface and put the lives of his family at risk. Albert made sure to Prepare Chester from a young age to fend for himself knowing that a happy ever after was not a given in his life. Albert was an excellent teacher and taught everything he knew to Chester not holding back on any of his extensive combat training and defensive driving techniques. When Chester hit 18 devastation struck, both of his parents were killed in a mysterious car accident. The reasoning given to Chester by the police was an extreme intoxication and a Brobdingnagian blood alcohol concentration of his father who lost control of the car. Chester knew that couldn't be the case as Albert despised alcohol due to the feeling of being impaired and not on his game. This caused Chester to flee his home in paranoia and start a new life in Los Santos, San Andreas. Chester is an avid workaholic and dedicates his life to his organization.
Chester joined the SAHP when he was 21 years old and through his obsession, hard work and dedication to the org he is now a high command. Although Chester has had a ruinous upbringing with a strict regime, he is a strong optimist with a great but warped sense of humor, even in the midst of traumatic events he manages to see the lighter side often cracking a joke or trying to lighten the mood. This being said he also a cautious and paranoid creature by design and reviews body cam footage before bed every day to make sure he is not being followed or tailed. Chester believes that corruption is abhorrent and will detach himself from anyone he sees as being less than admirable whilst on duty as he believes somewhere out there his father is watching down on him and wants to make him proud.
1. Due to Chester's Paranoia, he has a hidden camera in his glasses which is always rolling and uploading to a private server.
2. Due to Chester's workaholic trait, high ranking position and obsessive compulsion to his organization he carries a work radio at all times in his car to assist his fellow colleagues with anything they may need.
3. Chester carries a working laptop with him at all times so he can respond to emails from anywhere he travels to (Providing there is internet service)
4. Due to Chesters upbringing and extensive defensive training in vehicles, he can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. He cannot off-road in an 2 doors or sports though. (Sticking to rp driving and no flying)
5. In stressful and high adrenaline situations, although showing fear Chester might crack the occasional joke or hum a tune to calm the situation down.
6. Due to Chesters paranoia, he conceals and hides his police I.D in a secret but easily accessible hidden pocket in his trousers. (If taken hostage and asked for police I.D can do 2 try commands to see if they were successful in finding badge)
7. Chester has a concealed panic button in a pen located in his pocket which can signal for help (The PDA Panic button will be used)
