Event starts at 22:30 for Gang Organisations. We started pulling you over at the bridge as you were going trough ghetto, and the cars got recalled around 5 minutes after everyone died, so "recalling at event" didn't happen for us as there's no event
I can send POV of us finding you in ghetto and following/trying to pull over.

There is no event going on at this time for Gangs therefore no rulebreak as it could just be a random recall and they could have no idea that cars were being searched/gather for evidence.​
