Approved Banned for cheats I Alex Odd

I was recently IP banned for 'cheats' because of my twink account having the words 'unbannable' in the second name of my character, I have never cheated and see why the second name could be misinterpreted as me having some sort of cheats software installed, I am willing to undertake a pc check if this is the case of me being banned. My main account which is ID 80599 has been blocked and this account had no relation to the ban on my other account however I can still access my other account which is ID 118392 this account is the account that I am suspected to of cheated on with me having the word 'unbannable' in the characters name. The IP ban was lifted but the block on my main account still stands which is what I would like removed as I haven't violated any rules and this offence was just a misunderstanding.
