It's not FailRP and DM, Car thieves are allowed to kill their targets HOWEVER they need to give them demands and count to 5, he didn't do any of those. (I may be mistaken)

even though I didn't count down from 5 verbally, I tell him twice that I'm going to steal his car yes I tell him twice and I point the gun and wait for him to say something but he doesn't speak I have to kill and I do. I showed him my gun and waited, but he didn't choose to talk, in fact, I gave him 5 seconds.
