as u can see we was in a active shootout in ghetto and this person tried to abuse zone and i got punishment for rdm as they was in redzone before we shot?

Rejected. You started to shoot him from pov when he was not in red zone+ no pov from your side to say ottherwise. Regarding person who was car-ramming he will be punished
