Approved Road Blockage while robbing + RDM + Mixing | Multiple IDs

So I was just driving on the highway and these guys were blocking the road!! they left just 2 inches on left side of the road and when I tried to escape from it a guy started blocking me with his car!!! they didn't pull me over they just started shooting me which is RDM!! and then they picked me up the guy was saying "I will patch you up thank you for your VDM bro" which is mixing and robbed me!! IDK if that's a family or what!! But there must be something wrong with that!!!
