This POV is not valid at all, he came in between the conversation and he didn't know nothing what we were talking about. Talking honestly, I was talking about my family leader shoes, I was telling my friend that he bought for like 200 grand coins which cost 200 dollars in real life. But my friend didn't understand, he thought that 200 grand coins cost like 2 million dollars in-game. He was confused between grand coins and in-game money. I was clearing out my friend's confusion and this person made a POV in which there's as such nothing you can see that I am trading. If you guys want a witness I can call the person and sit him out in front of you guys and will tell you what we were talking about and what we were clearing out. In this POV you can just listen 200 dollars in real life and 2 million in-game which is not valid at all.

As you can see in imgur links, I uploaded my boss picture in which he was wearing the 200 grand coins shoes. As such there's just some misconception in this situation. The person who reported me just went into middle of conversation and know nothing about the conversation what we are talking about. Its a proper invalid ban. I can't provide more brief because the person made a ticket makes it more complicated by giving no proofs in video which can clearly shows that we were trading. Its was just a misconception as I repeat again.

Why would I have a pov of my side and I don't even know the person who was standing next to me was recording I was just having a normal conversation with my friend

If this same situation happens to you Sir Alex, can you tell me that how can you provide a POV of yourside without knowing that a random person came in a middle of conversation and records 1 min POV in which nothing shows that are we trading or not. Its just a normal conversation, that's it.

The punishment was given because of following reasons

1. You are heard saying "Not $2 Million but real money $200"
2. Another guy over hears you and says he will buy those shoes for which you say no shoes for you, gtfo here.
3. Once more people start coming you tell your friend that you guys should leave from there and go somewhere in private because too many people there (This was the point it sounded sus to me)

I can be wrong here, but if you claim you truly were talking about 200 GC shoes and not real money $200 shoes trading, then how do we know unless you give some proof. From his report and pov you were heard talking about shoes for real money $200. If that was misunderstanding then you can prove it and Alex can unban you.
Also, I wouldn't have punished but the rule says even an attempt to trade (buy/sell) that's why I took the action.
1.6 The attempt to sell/buy game property for real money is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN

1. Yes because he was confused in in-game money and real money for those shoes which my fam leader has, costs 200 gc so i told him that it costs 200 real money.
2. Because I was just having a normal conversation with my friend about my fam leaders shoes and that how much they costed, And then this guy came in and asked to buy so that's why I told him to GTFO because I wasn't selling any shoes.
3. As you can see in the pov when i told him to gtfo the guy who was recording went to park his car and during that time the other person with the red mask starting trash talking to me because i told him to gtfo

First of all i wouldn't have made this complaint if i really did attempt to buy/sell any game property but when i haven't done something like that why am i getting accused for it and banned just because the way that person has shown the pov is completely in a way that make me look like i am attempting or selling those shoes for some real money?? but to be honest its only been 3-4 days of me being in this server and i play on this server on my free time, personally i don't even know some of the rules of this server. trust me i was just trying to hangout with this guy i just met while my family members were out in ghetto and lastly if i only knew this guy will come out of nowhere and start recording in the middle of our conversation i would surely had made a pov.

Ok. Since there is no way to prove that you were actually trading for real money or not. Also, since you cant provide POV we can't say for sure that you actually were talking about 200GC shoes.

I would leave the decision to the expert opinion of Alex.
