I was arresting a suspect for store robbery. I had done all the RP correctly. On his video it shows only a min or two of the arrest and he can't hear me. On my video it shows I am talking but I can't get my video up to youtube because while clipping it keeps giving me an error, and the video is about 8 hours long. I had even had another officer come help me because I thought I was bugged. If you watch the video I keep standing there because I'm talking to him asking him to remove his mask and on my view he's not listening. A min after his video I went and got another officer because I didn't know if the game bugged my mic. I can get support and a witness from another officer that was there since my video won't upload correctly if I need to. I do everything according to RP and I am a good player. This is wrong. The fact that I was standing there so long and the suspect didn't say *cough drop* or anything else to inform me he couldn't hear me. The prison term for this was longer than a prison term for running around murdering for no reason which makes no sense. People get a less term for yelling non RP stuff into mic. I have footage from the officer that I went and got help from because I was bugged. I have also contacted my Supervisors and High Command to expand on this issue. I should have been given a chance to defend myself before going to jail because I bodycam for hours every day, and other officers do it also that can support me. I'm also asking for compensation for the prison time I should NOT have served. I take RP very seriously. I'm also asking for compensation because this action could have put me in trouble with my Orginization if I didn't have other officers that remembered the issue. The video I'm adding as my evidence its hard to hear so you'll have to turn up the volume. You can hear me say, "I think I'm bugged right now" I had to hit F8 a few times when I left and brought this officer back with me to help because I kept asking this person to take there mask off. I stood with them in the cell for a long time and the suspect never told me they couldn't hear me. The officer that was with me was also worried if he was bugged at one point because of the mask issue. This issue was cause by bugs in the game causeing Role Play to breakdown, not myself. I stay in RP unless a bug happens and I have to ask for help. I think that is totally unerstandable. This game is FAR from perfect on bug issues. I put the clip of his youtube video that he used as evidence and a clip of the officer that I had to get help from. I keep trying to upload my clip but it keeps saying file not found and gives an error code. I can get more evidence if needed to resolve this and get compensation for the amount of time and frustration that this cause in prison. And the fear of losing my Organizagion as PD because the Admin didn't actually investigate this properly by seeing both sides before taking action.
