First off its not cop baiting me and id 71163 did nothing to provoke u guys we were just trying to free my friend we did not ram scream swear or anything to provoke you guys so that's the "cop baiting" with that out of the way, secondly it was not ME who was rdming I do believe you on the initial rp dm initiation was not clear but in the clip you cannot see who the PERSON shooting was and that could have been id 71163,also at the time I was wearing blue and in the clip you cannot see any blue initially shooting from behind the building furthermore, as you can see in the clip the McLaren whose driver is id 71163 drives past the officer and they open fire after that u can see that id 71163 hops out and engages in combat so as anyone with a brain will do I hop out and fight for my life. Finally in the clip as you can see i was about to run away until the second cop opens fire on my back then as you can see I swiftly turn around and not even aiming since it was an intense situation my hands were shaking and I accidentally shot id 71163 and if you don't believe me why would I finish him if I had a vest and was max HP I could have fought the second cop since he had no vest.
