Me and my friend were driving through the ghetto when all of a sudden, multiple bloods began open firing at us from inside their HQ. We then went to grab the IDs to make the report and informed them to Save POV. Shame to see that bloods have once again become the victim to constant rulebreaking and members not knowing the rules, seems like the leadership have failed again.

IDs 34947 and 34086 will Receive Warnings for Ghetto Rules 1.7. I do not see ID 43352 shooting from HQ in any of your clips, so he will not be punished.
