Rejected Warning for "VDM in gz" | Definite Khan

so today afternoon I was playing around with cops in the police station with a rented car. I was running one of them over when I recieved a warning from definite khan for vdm in greenzone.
I understand the mistake ive made. But I think a warning is way too harsh. I understand a 3 hour demorgan. but not even gonna mention it should probably be a cop baiting demorgan I recieved a warning for vdm. I didnt mass vdm. It was one run over. will pass my 3 hours in jail as I understand I broke a server rule but a warning is way too harsh in my opinion. Please reconsider this punishment.
