This guy came by pd and straight insulting me and my mother in that case i have to arrest him for PC 3.5 Insulting or otherwise harassment of a LEO and 2.21 Hooliganism , he tried to run with his friends but i tased him and got him anyway , during the procces to doc and mugshot...etc he kept insulting me so hard but igonored it because part of it IC , then we arrived at doc like you see in the second clip he mentioned my mother again then after i procces him and i headed back to my HQ i checked my discord and find him sended me a message saying '' YOU ARE FAT '' thats ooc insult too , i provided pov and screen shots of insulting in discord SCREENSHOT 1 SCREENSHOT 2
