About Us:
Jess Starlight, born and grown up in USA. Jess comes from a Rich family, his father used to have a lot businesses around USA. Sadly, his father and mother was killed in a car accident which changed everything for him, he went from riches to rags in a matter of time and he had to start everything from ground.
Growing up Jess always had a fashination for helping others, when he was 19, after 2 yrs of his parents death he moved to Los Santos to start a new journey. Having a lot of money growing up but loosing everthing just in a matter of time taught him the importance of money and the life itself.
He came with a little or no money but his business background and intend to successed made him really rich quickly. As Jess used to love helping people who have the passion to do something, he started a family called "Acadamy". Today Acadamy has around 20 people who work together to make "their" Family the top 5 in the city as well as tryna make every member rich here so that he can help more people.

1) One of our goals is to be in top 5.
2)Win as many family events as possible
3) To make sure that our family is famous by helping another Families and people that need it.
4)To teach people how to shoot and aim better.
5) Make sure that our family doing money and take most of the business.

Ranking System:
- Scientist III: just like a trainee . functions are limited to this rank.
- Scientist II: members that know about the rules we are providing and know about basic things within family (will be tested by high rank)
- Scientist I: members that ready to show up to events and ready to help all the scientist I and scientist II
- Senior Scientist I: member with 75% of ruler functions and start to lead small events.
- Senior Scientist II: Members that i full trusted them to start lead the family with me full time. (deputy access).
- Full Professor: Owner of the family.
