2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation?
1. I want to be leader of marabunta because marabunta in one of favourite gangs and I’ve been in marabunta loads on en2 but marabunta will always be my gang.
2. Another reason I want to be leader of marabunta is I’ve had experience in gangs I was deputy of Vagos in one term.
3. Last reason is I’ve done everything I wanted like join every organisation and helped that organisation out and now I think it’s time for a chapter in my life to become leader
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving roleplay is by doing daily meetings with my deputies to see what the org is doing wrong and how can prevent it. I will also give out daily bonuses for those who turn up to events. And I’ll also give out promotions to those who help the gang because every gang I’ve been in I’ve seen people going to every event and still no promotions
