Rejected No admin is taking action on culprit

My first thread was approved and admin said he is going to take action on the id 19244, however while checking his account we came to know that no action was taken and he already transferred his property to other account.

Then i reported this again and darren miller rejected thread saying action is already taken. But no there's no action taken.

Is it like this admin is working for him like the other one who used to teleport 19244 everyday?
