Rejected Combat Logging, NLR 83, 10481

This video is quite self explanatory, we hop out on the reported party and begin firing shots. When downing them, we make an attempt to rob ID 83. He chooses to combat log and avoid losing his assault shotgun, ar's, revolvers, etc.. When ID 83 combat logged I ran to his other friend ID 10481 to give him medical treatment and rob him. ID 10481 began stalling when I was robbing him. The person had made successful attempt to metagame and call his other friends over. Just seconds later he combat logs as well. To end this statement, ID 83 has combat logged multiple times, and claims he doesn't care about his actions as "he gets reported all the time, and gets away with it" This person also came to the scene 2 mins later and robbed all of us, breaking the NLR rule which states you must not return to the location you last died in until after 15mins. If admins want further evidence on the NLR situation I can happily send my POV.
