• Tim Profit: As a former prosecutor, Tim's understanding of the law was unparalleled. He had a unique talent for finding and exploiting legal grey areas, making him an essential strategist for BARO. He served as the moral compass of the group.
• Bronson Blake: Bronson, with his sharp mind and keen eye for detail, had been a respected undercover detective in the FIB. His ability to connect seemingly unrelated dots and his relentless pursuit of justice made him invaluable. Frustrated with the limitations he faced within the system, Bronson joined BARO to apply his skills more freely.
• Vex Vexor: Vex, known as a charming trader and a ladies' man, brought a unique set of skills to BARO. His background in international trade within the FIB had honed his negotiation skills and his ability to read people. His macho demeanor and charm made him particularly effective in undercover operations and dealings with the city's elite.
• Thomas Meyers: Thomas was once a celebrated cyber analyst within the FIB. Known for his unparalleled skills in hacking and digital surveillance, he could infiltrate the most secure systems with ease. Feeling restricted by the bureaucratic confines of his former role, Thomas decided to use his talents to lead BARO Inc.
• Aleks Vendetta: The eyes and ears on the streets, Aleks's network of informants was crucial for BARO's operations. His background as a street-smart informant in the FIB gave him a unique perspective on the underworld of Los Santos. Seeking redemption for past misdeeds, Aleks became the team's most charismatic and persuasive member.

Together, these five founding members of BARO Inc. embarked on a journey to restore justice and balance in Los Santos, operating in the grey areas where the law fell short. Their transition from law enforcers to a family of strategic operatives was fueled by a shared desire to right the wrongs that the conventional system couldn't address, driven by their personal experiences and motivations. In the underbelly of Los Santos, they became a force to be reckoned with, respected by those yearning for justice in a city where chaos often reigned supreme

9	Leader	Leader of the family
8	Deputy	Co-founder of the family and trusted deputy, responsible for businesses, partnerships, promotions. Same authority as the Leader.
7	Kingpin	A trusted, loyal, and long-time member that shows leadership skills. Takes care of the distribution/sale of weapons and ammo for family members. Can replace higher-ups when they are not present and lead events.
6	Turfer	A trusted member that already showed loyalty towards the family. Responsible with teritory management (Shooting team, Racing team) - informals and spheres.
5	Warlord	Active member that shows commitment to the family. Responsible with ecruitment and teaching them the city and family rules and tasks. Can work on family businesses and get paid for that.
4	Enforcer	The fourth rank in the family. Leads and trains newbies, act as guides for illegal activity.
3	Hitman	Turns up to the events, and participates in raids.
2	Gangster	More experience, minimum 5 years in the city.
1	Recruit	The first rank in the family. This member is still on trial and he’s not yet considered a true family member. Once he proves that he understands family/city rules, he will get promoted. Can work on family businesses but will not be paid for that.

Family Goals

2. Own multiple family busineses to take care of the fam members
3. Spread the name Baro far and wide
4. Have a luxery carpark for fam
5. Inplement hazing procedure to create a bond with existing fam members and new members
6. Territorial Control to control the largest territory in the game could be a major objective. This would involve taking over areas controlled by other families defending your turf, and establishing a strong presence in key locations across the map.

General Rules

1. Play by the City Rules: We take city and server rules seriously to keep everyone out of trouble. Expect a quick quiz or a briefing when you join, so you're always in the know.
2. Clear Communications: Keep our radio and chat crystal clear. Limit the trash talk and focus on the fun.
3. No Friendly Fire: Whether in public or private, our family members are off-limits for any aggression. Violations result in a swift @Barostrike.
4. Dress to Impress: At all our events, wearing the family outfit is mandatory.
5. Voice Your Concerns: Got an issue with a family member? Our Consigliere and Underbosses are your go-to for a discreet and effective resolution.
6. Respect Our Resources: Our armory, storage, and vehicle trunks are off-limits for personal profit. Stealing equals a permanent exit from our ranks.
7. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: We stand firmly against sexual harassment and racial slurs. Engage in these, and you're out.
8. Family First: Always answer a family member’s call for help. Protect each other's careers and well-being like your own.
9. No AFK in the Family House: Idle in our HQ and you'll find your way out of our doors.
