Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to accept this report
ID 90198 will be punished for FL in GZ
ID 91860 and 72281 will be punished for VDM / partial CR
ID 90198 and 98724 will be punished for RDM (you cant just follow someone outside the city and tell them to get out of the area and count then shoot them)

the Car Ramming happening doesn't seem intentional as there are a lot of cars.
