Well I watch the video and I must say its not cheats.
You using revolver + submachine gun.
Revolver did 53 dmg.
With the sub machine gun you did 5 hits.
53+8+8+8+8+8 =93 hp.
He left 7 hp

And about that you die was 2 shots on you of rev from 2 different people.
In the video in 0.15 we can see that you got hit.
After a second you get hit from another person

You also need to remember desync is a big part of the game, I counted 98-98dmg but still.
10dmg over 100 isn't a problem not every shot _actually_ hits.

Still i belive they didnt hack and its was a lucky.
maybe Ghost pick from behind him.
