**Answer for 2**
The first reason I would like to lead this org is due to the gratifying history and achievements of this org. I have always wanted to not just be a part of the org but to continue its legacy and become a part of something big in hopes to make it even bigger
The second reason would have to be because I feel like I would be a perfect fit for the position as I have led gangs successfully in many other servers as a deputy and all of them were red which signifies a set of bloods
The third reason would definitely be due to the influence and image it has to the public, bloods has always been seen as a menacing org and I would like to put fear into other gangs and ensure at the end of my days as bloods leader I would be remembered as the greatest to ever lead it

I come from servers that require a high level of RP and I intend to influence it amongst my members and hopefully spread it’s awareness towards other gangs and even legal orgs.
Rather than constant shooting and permanent rivalry amongst gangs, it would be nice to see the orgs team up against the legal orgs during ghetto patrol. I believe it would bring a stronger RP interaction to the gang community and may decrease toxicity rate between each other.
Hosting and introducing “illegal” events such as drag racing and fight nights for a big crowd would definitely build a stronger connection between everyone.I would focus on collecting deputy's depending on the time zone EG: Having 2 EU deputy's & 2 NA deputy's, making sure there's always someone to lead and make sure no one is making mistakes.
