I was leaving a party when i saw shooting so i put on a vest to protect myself. I was looking around what was happening and i saw a guy twerking on a dead body. When i asked him what did he just do his friend comes and says to leave. I was about to leave when id 5416 says u got 5 seconds to leave and starts counting rlly fast and then they both kill me for no reason. That wasnt 5 seconds so it would be fair to punish them both.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 5416 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.8​
• It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person​
• ID 1656 will receive a punishment for DM in City​
• It prohibited to kill anyone in the city
