I am sorry to let you know, but people can kill you in city if they give you demands, he said "get out of here or else I shoot" that's demands, if he shoot in city without rp, then its RDM, and its admin jail.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• ID 109565 clearly stated that he is hear to steal your solar panels and asked you to leave else he will have to shoot/kill you. He asked multiple times. Where as you did not show any Fear, rather were talking about rules and recording.
• ID 120756 finish you cannot be deemed as Mercy Killing as once you were unconscious the situation was done. There is no robbing, arrest or any other such RP situation from which he wanted you to escape from or leave from.
• ID 120098 will receive punishment for showing no Fear RP.
