Approved DM & Stealing car in GZ | 105104 & 75395

So I'm out flexing my new Lambo, decided to quickly refill my shop before having lunch. Has I'm having lunch (I'm not even afk either) these two outlaws decide to DM me. In my opinion, it is like ID 75395 is trying to make his companion take the blame as he is hiding and trying not to peak until I am dead, but at that he fails. I do not know how I was knocked unconcious again in the hospital, but there I get a messaget that my car is being stolen.

Both IDs should be given punishment for DM and stealing in a Green Zone!

Plus I would like to discuss a formal compensation, because am I expected to pay $500.000 for having my car stolen in a Green Zone?
