Dear Mazhor,
My roomate and I got permanently banned for rulebreak 1.4 (Sharing items between twinkies). So I will try to explain our situation. We live together and also played Grand together. We share the same IP address becouse we are students in a rented apartment and cant afford another ISP for new IP. Also we have 2 laptops, 1 have dedicated gpu and other one doesnt. So for example, if I need to water the plantation, I would go on low tier laptop becouse it doesnt require game to work propertly to water seeds. If my roomate wants to go in Arena to practice shooting. She has to go on high tier laptop becouse game crashes and is unplayable on low tier for that occasion. So to try to sum up. We are not the same person, none of us owned any twinkie. A lot of people know about us and can vouch that we are not same person. Also if u need any evidence(IDs, Discord call, camera on discord, basically anything) of that we are more than happy to help about that and prove our innocence. We would like to enroll back to Grand, we would appreciate if you could consider our ban apppeal. All the best, Jovan and Mamba.
