I shoot out of the city to this 2 guys . They just running with admin btw. Lorena said that i should give demand befor ı shot to people. I know the rules of rdm in ghetto , in city and out of city but it is first time get warning for rdm like this kind of situation . I think i get wrong punishment . How do ı know that one of them is admin ? I am playing this game for months . I get killed so many times in city , in out of the city like this. No one gets punishment or anything like me .At least get only demorgan for this .

You broke a rule i just happen to be there at the moment and saw it all.
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
