I ran into the hotel takeover event zone but my gun was bugged so I tried to run away but eventually of course someone spotted me and began trying to kill me, naturally I did my best to swerve around them and make it difficult for them to shoot me for as long as I could, which in this case was a very long time but by the end of it when some of his pals arrived to help him finish the job he spits at me on the way past. Not sure how you can spit on someone after a solid minute of failing to hit 2 direct shots on a guy a couple of feet away from him 
Update: He followed me all the way to beach market to call me a f***ot about 100 times so just for him ill add that onto the report too
