Rejected Mis behaviour by alex

I have been observing alaex, and i can see he rejected 2 threads, saying topic should be strictly designed to forum bla bla bla, it is clearly visible that there was admins fault in both the below given link and he did this to protect that admin.

Moreover, from past few incidents i have observed that alex has been defending his friends and punishing others while there was mistakes from his friends.

Actually alex should have taken action against admin as player has been punished wrongly and they completed the whole punishment and those players should have been compansated.

To be fair this server sucks and I'm fed up with this server where admins are protecting their friends at any cost and normal people find it hard to play here
