I put my car in the green zone on the way to the casino and bought it, my car was stolen on it. I also submitted a document stating that it was stolen, but there is insufficient evidence, what should I do? i have an illegal incident where I have to find my thief and bring him in. Why is this nonsense?

tbh idk what to tell you becuse its 9 seconds video and its lagged + its not showing that people stole it at this time.
Like if you have a POV that continue and show that you got inside the casino and then you got hacked its will help you a lot.
